Lately, my side dishes have been boring. It’s like I’m on repeat in the kitchen: grill 1 bunch of asparagus, spritz with lemon and divide between two plates. It tastes like the creamy Italian dressing at Olive Garden, but instead, it’s healthy with pronounceable ingredients. It’s low calorie, too! (Did I really just tout a low calorie recipe on a dessert web site?) The dressing only has 1 tablespoon of olive oil; it relies on creamy Greek yogurt to form the rest. So good, so guilt-free.
This dressing has made me get back into salads. We’ve been eating many more servings of salads once this dressing came into our lives. Bikini season, here we come!
