cornstach

chicken thighs

egg

soy sauce

garlic

apricot jam

Combine soy, apricot jam, and garlic.

Chop chicken thighs and coat in cornstarch.

Dip in egg.

Fry on both sides. Toss with sauce.

Bake for 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
