Avocado Chicken Salad (Whole30)
2 avocados, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
3 slices bacon, crumbled
thinly sliced red onion
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
Add all ingredients for salad in a bowl. Whisk together lime juice, salt, pepper and cumin for dressing.
Toss salad with cumin lime dressing, and use a fork to lightly smash the avocado to coat everything.
Tossed salad keeps for 2 days in the fridge.
