Black Bean Burrito Bowls

Easy vegan burrito bowls made with tons of on hand pantry ingredients!

Quick ingredient list: tortillas, black beans, canned tomatoes, canned green chiles, onion and garlic, red bell peppers, cumin, russet potatoes, & lime juice!

Add oil to the pan and cook the onions.  Then, stir in the garlic, bell pepper, chiles, tomatoes, beans, cumin and tortilla strips.
