4 TB butter 2 TB shortening 1/4 c brown sugar 3 TB  sugar 1  egg yolk 3/4 t vanilla

Wet Ingredients 

1/2 c + 2 TB flour 1/8 t  salt 1/8 t  espresso powder 1/4 t baking soda 1/4 t baking powder 1/3 c chocolate chips

Dry Ingredients

Cream butter, shortening, sugars together. Add egg yolk & vanilla. Whisk together all other  ingredients. Press dough into skillets.  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Serve warm topped with  ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkles.
