CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKERS

A fun homemade treat!

1 c. whole wheat flour - 1 c. flour -  1/2 c. cocoa powder - 1/2 c. coconut sugar - 1/2 t. salt - 3/4 t. baking soda - 1/2 c. butter -  1/4 c. honey - 1/4 c. water - 3 T. molasses - 1/2 t. vanilla 

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the flours, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, salt, and baking soda. Pulse a few times to combine.

Add the diced butter, and pulse until a coarse meal forms

Combine honey, water, molasses & vanilla extract in a measuring cup w/ spout. Stream the liquid into the food processor while it's running. Dough will clump together & form a ball.

Roll out 1/3 of the dough at a time between two pieces of wax paper. Roll until slightly less than 1/4" thick. Use a square cookie cutter to cut out shapes.

Use a fork to prick holes all over, and the blade of a knife to score them in half (do not cut all the way through).

Bake for 14-17 minutes at 350 degrees F. and enjoy!
