Full of pecans, chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
1 TB MILK
1 EGG YOLK
1/4 C CHOPPED PECANS
1/8 TSP SALT
1/4 C COCONUT
1/4 C + 2 TB CHOCOLATE CHIPS
3 TB SUGAR
3 TB BROWN SUGAR
1/4 C + 2 TB ROLLED OATS
3 TB BUTTER
In a small bowl whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter for 1 minute. Add sugars and beat 2-3 minutes until sugar is well incorporated and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, milk and continue to blend.
Finally add flour mixture and beat until dough just comes together. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut by hand.
Divide dough into 12 balls and bake at 350° on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 13-15 minutes until browned.
Let cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute then move to a wire rack for cooling. ENJOY!
