CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD

Packed with fresh cranberries!

Whisk together the 2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, and 1 T. baking powder. Then stir in the 2 c. cranberries and 1/2 c. pecans.

Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Next, in a separate bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs, 2 T. milk, orange juice and zest, vanilla,  and 1/4 c. melted butter.

Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees F. While bread cools, make the glaze using the rest of the orange juice and a bit of powered sugar. Drizzle it on top and serve!
