How to Make: Cranberry Orange Bread

SO tender & uses fresh cranberries!

Whisk together dry: flour, sugar,  and baking powder.

Add sliced fresh cranberries and chopped pecans.

Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and orange juice and orange zest on top. Stir to combine.

Scrape into 9" loaf pan, and bake for 55 minutes at 350-degrees F.

Whisk together powdered sugar and orange juice, and drizzle on top of baked bread.
