Makes two 6-ounce ramekins of perfect 4-ingredient easy creme brulee.
Combine the egg yolks, some sugar, and vanilla, then whisk.
Add the heavy whipping cream, then whisk. Pour the mixture into the ramekins.
Place the ramekins inside a glass dish and prepare a water bath. Bake and let cool. Then, wrap ramekins in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Before serving, sprinkle the remaining sugar over the ramekins and torch.
