Homemade  Graham Crackers

In food processor, pulse 1 c whole wheat flour  +  1 1/2 c flour 1/2 c coconut sugar  1/2 t salt 1 t cinnamon 3/4 t baking soda.   1/2 c butter until a coarse meal forms.

Combine 1/4 cup honey 1/4 water and 3 TBSP molasses in a measuring cup with spout.  Stream liquid into food processor while its running. The dough will clump together and form a ball.

Roll out 1/4 of the dough  at a time between  two pieces of wax paper.  Roll until it's slightly  less than 1/4" thick. Use a cookie cutter  to cut out shapes.

Peel dough away from cut-outs. Use a spatula to move them to a  prepared baking sheet. Use a fork to poke holes all over and blade of a knife to score them in half (don't cut all the way through).

Bake for 14-17 minutes at 350F,  until deeply golden brown on edges.

Store in an airtight container for 1 week.
