A homemade iced mocha with chocolate syrup.

In a saucepan, combine 1 c. water, 1/2 c. coconut sugar, 1/2  c. honey, 3/4 c. cocoa powder, 1/4 t. cinnamon & 1/8 t. cayenne pepper. 

Bring to a simmer and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Store covered in the fridge.

 Place 1/4 cup of chocolate sauce in the bottom of each cup, top with ice. Pour 1 cup of Gevalia Cold Brew Concentrate in each glass.

Top with 1/2 cup cold milk (or more), to taste.
