Comfort food made in the instant pot mini!


1 LB. beef stew meat, 2 T. flour, 2 T. butter, 1/2 onion, 8 oz. mushrooms, 2 cloves garlic, 1.2 t. dried thyme, 1.5 C. beef broth, 2 T. Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 C. sour cream, & 6 oz. egg noodles.

First coat the beef stew meat with flour generously.

Cook onions & thyme until softened, add garlic for 1 min. Stir in mushrooms. Add meat, flour, beef broth, & Worcestershire sauce. Seal the instant pot, & cook on HIGH pressure for 10 minutes.

Just before serving, stir in the sour cream and let it melt.
