Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup
1. After sauting the onion in butter, add alll remaining ingredients: carrots, celery, chicken breast, salt, pepper, bay leaf and turmeric.
Add chicken broth, and place the lid on the instant pot. Turn the valve to seal, and pressure cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, do a forced pressure release, and then press SAUTE. When the broth is boiling, add the noodles and cook until done. Shred chicken and serve.
