INSTANT POT RISOTTO 

easy  -  15 minutes

Get your ingredients together: olive oil, chopped onion, minced garlics, arborio rice, vegetable or broth, sea salt, ground black pepper, frozen peas, unsalted butter, Parmesan cheese

Press sauté on the instant pot, and set the timer to 10 minutes. Add 2 T. olive oil, 1 cup chopped onion and sauté for 7-8 minutes. Then add 2 cloves minced garlic.

Add the 1 cup rice, 2 cups chicken broth, 1/4 t. salt, and 1/4 t. pepper. Pressure cook for 6 minutes.

When the 6 minutes is up, carefully open the sealing valve

Stir in the frozen peas, butter, parmesan cheese, and any additional add-ins.
