Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

Whisk together homemade teriyaki: soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
Use kitchen shears to snip 1.75 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs into 2 inch chunks. Trim fat as you go.
Add chicken and sauce to the instant pot. Seal and pressure cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
After a forced pressure release, drizzle in the cornstarch and water mixture. It will thicken the sauce.
