Instant Pot Tomato Soup

NO SUGAR ADDED!

Press SAUTE on the Instant Pot. Caramelize 1/2 an onion  and 1 TBSP butter. Add 2 cloves of garlic and 2 TBSP tomato paste. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup vegetable broth,  28oz crushed tomatoes,  1 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp oregano,  2 tsp apple cider vinegar.  Pressure cook for 5 min.

When timer goes off, carefully open sealing valve.  When the pressure valve drops, indicating it’s safe to open the pot, remove lid, Add the heavy cream, stir.
