Mini Chocolate Cake for Two
made in a 6 inch cake pan
with an easy ganache frosting!
How to steps -->
Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
Add oil, sugar, sour cream, 1 egg. and vanilla extract.
Add 1 tablespoon of warm coffee and stir until batter comes together.
Pour batter into 6 inch pan, and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Melt chopped chocolate with cream and a small splash of corn syrup (to keep it shiny). Pour on top of cake.
