Mini Vanilla Cake for Two
made in a 6 inch cake pan
This vanilla cake has a full tablespoon of vanilla. It's the best! And it's all made in one bowl!
Beat together butter, sugar, vanilla and egg.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Finally , stir in milk and vinegar. Yes, vinegar!
After baking at 350 for 37 minutes, let cool and then invert on a cake stand.

Make buttercream frosting: beat together butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream until fluffy.
Use an open star tip to pipe roses on the cake.
