Sugar free rice crispy treats made with peanut butter.
Heat the peanut butter, brown rice syrup, and salt until melted. Remove from heat, and stir in the powdered gelatin. Add the rice cereal and stir.
Press the mixture into a prepared baking pan and let it set. Next, cut out eggs using an Easter egg cookie cutter. Then, prepare the chocolate topping.
Drizzle the eggs with melted chocolate and top with sprinkles.
