Peanut Butter

Peanut butter truffles with crushed peanuts and flaky sea salt sprinkled on top. Makes a small batch of just 10 truffles.

Beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt.

Scoop out balls of dough, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Then, place them in the freezer.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.

Remove the balls from the freezer, then dunk them in chocolate. Let the truffles set in the freezer before serving.
