Sift together dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat together wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Divide batter between the cupcake liners. Bake and let cool.
Crumble cupcakes. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add the crumbs and stir.
Scoop mixture and roll into balls. Refrigerate. Make coating. Dip each ball into the coating and let them dry.
