Salami Chips

with White Bean Dip

These crispy baked salami chips are everything you want in a New Year party appetizer! Served with roasted garlic white bean hummus, they are so rich and addictive that you can't stop. Just scale up this recipe if need of chips and dip for a crowd!

Slice the head of garlic and place it in a small baking dish. Pour the olive oil on top and let it soak in while the oven preheats. Roast the garlic.

To make the bean dip: squeeze the cloves from the garlic bulb into the bowl of a food processor. And add all remaining ingredients.

To make the salami chips, lay out the slices of salami on a large baking sheet. Bake until the edges start to slightly brown and curl.
