with Parsley Sauce

A bright and flavorful parsley oil makes a great salmon sauce for your next Whole30 salmon dinner.

Make the salmon sauce first.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side of the salmon fillets. Cook salmon in olive oil with skin side down.

When the salmon is half-way cooked, move the skillet to the oven to finish cooking.

Serve the salmon with a drizzle of parsley oil.
