SLOW COOKER CREME BRULEE
Slow cooker Creme Brulee for two, made so easily in the crockpot!
Whisk 3 egg yolks, 1/2 cup whipping cream, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Add vanilla and whisk well.
Curl foil into a circle Place in slow cooker. Place each ramekin on top of a foil ring. Pour boiling water in the slow cooker carefully.
Turn the slow cooker to LOW and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Cover and chill the custards at least 6 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle the remaining 2 tsp sugar evenly over both custards and torch with a culinary torch until brown. Enjoy!
