Small Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies
one bowl - 20 minutes
Beat together softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Add 1 egg yolk. Save the white for another recipe.
Beat egg yolk and vanilla into butter and sugar mixture.
Add flour, baking soda and baking powder while beating.
Stir in 1/3 cup chocolate chips. Scoop onto a baking sheet, and bake for 9 minutes at 375F.
