These delicious, light and fluffy small-batch dinner rolls are perfect for a Thanksgiving dinner  for two.

Combine wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt. Then, pour the wet ingredients on top of the flour mixture.


Knead the dough for a few minutes. Cover and let the dough in the bowl rise.


Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, and roll each piece into a perfect ball. Place the dough balls into a round cake pan. And bake until golden brown.
