Vegan vanilla cake made without eggs! A small cake made in a 6 inch pan, but easily doubled or quadrupled for any pan size. It’s a vegan birthday cake for any size party!

1. Mix dry and wet mixtures separately.  2. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while whisking until lump-free.  3. Scrape batter into the cake pan and bake. 

4. For the frosting, beat butter with sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk. Add milk if needed. 5. Slice cake in half. Scoop the frosting on the bottom half of the cake and on top of the remaining layer. 6. Decorate the cake with buttercream swirls and sprinkles.
