A small coconut cake recipe made with coconut milk, coconut oil, and coconut flakes!
Beat together the butter, coconut oil, and sugar. Add the coconut extract and egg, then beat.
Sprinkle the flour, salt, baking soda, and coconut flakes. Then, beat while streaming in the coconut milk.
Scrape the mixture into a prepared pan and place the pan on a baking sheet. Bake and let cool.
Make the frosting, spread it on the cake, and serve.
