Yields 4 chocolate cupcakes with toasted marshmallow fluff frosting.

Break graham cracker sheet and place some in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and espresso powder.

In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients together and stir into the dry.

Divide the batter between the 4 cupcake liners. Bake and let cool.

Make frosting. Pipe on cupcakes. Toast marshmallow frosting and garnish with crushed graham crackers.
