Small batch recipe made for two!

In a small bowl, whisk 1/2 c. flour, 1 t. baking powder, 1/8 t. salt, 1/2 t. espresso powder, & 2 T. cocoa powder. 

Stir in the 5 T. milk, 4 T. sugar, 2 T. melted butter & 3/4 t. vanilla. Spread it in an even layer in the baking dish.

Whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and brown sugar. 

Sprinkle this over the brownie batter evenly

Bake the cobbler on a small sheet pan to catch overflow for at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes
