Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
Cook 1 cup of fresh sliced strawberries over low heat until reduces to 1/4 cup. Stir often.
Combine the strawberry mixture with room temperature butter and cream cheese.
Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy, and add powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
