STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
No cook recipe made with fresh strawberries!
Place the pound of strawberries in a large bowl, and toss with 3/4 cup of sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of vodka & let the strawberries soak for at least one hour & up to 4 hours.
Add the strawberries and all the juices to a blender.
To the blender, add 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup heavy cream, & a wee splash of fresh lemon juice.
Blend, chill, and pour into your ice cream maker.
After churning, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe pan, and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Let sit for 15 minute, serve and enjoy!
