Combine sugar, hot coffee, cocoa powder, baking soda, vinegar, flour, vanilla extract, and a neutral oil.

Scrape batter into prepared cake pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 33 mins.

 FROSTING

Combine butter substitute, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a splash of hot coffee.
