SHEPHERDS PIE

FOR TWO

Shepherds pie is a hearty dinner for two made in just 45 minutes. Seasoned ground beef mixed with the classic frozen vegetable blend, all topped with incredible mashed potatoes!

For the filling, add olive oil and ground beef in a skillet, cook until beef browns and add onions.

Add garlic and tomato paste and cook while stirring. Sprinkle with other ingredients. Let it thicken.

Stir in mixed vegetables. Pour the shepherds pie mixture to a dish.

Mash cooked potatoes with butter, half and half and salt. Spread on top of the meat mixture and bake
