MEATBALLS

A must-try meal for two! This healthy dinner is sure to become a regular on your rotation. Not only is this Whole30 meatball recipe made with ground turkey and sweet potato, but it is also served with a homemade barbecue sauce!

Combine all of the ingredients for the barbecue sauce in a small saucepan. Turn the heat to medium, and simmer.

Remove from the heat, and puree the sauce. Add water if the sauce seems too thick. Let cool.

Make the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the turkey, sweet potato, egg, almond flour, garlic granules, salt, and pepper.

Using a cookie scoop, portion out the meatballs directly onto the pan.

Pour the barbecue sauce over the meatballs. And bake.
