Drain any excess liquid from the cans of salmon. In a large bowl, add salmon, eggs, almond flour, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.


Divide the mixture. To form a patty, scoop out the mixture, shape it into a ball in your hands, and then press it flat to form a patty. Refrigerate.


Chop the potatoes and bell pepper and place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle the avocado oil and spices on top, and toss to coat.


Roast the vegetables until the edges start to turn golden brown and crispy.


In a large nonstick skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon patties and cook until golden brown.
