Make a batch of baked breaded chicken strips for the freezer for easy freezer meals.

Prepare three shallow pans side by side one for flour, one for egg, and one for cornflakes mixture.

Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, followed by the egg, and then the cornflakes. Then, freeze the chicken strips until firm. Move to a plastic bag for long-term storage.

Bake the frozen chicken tenders, flipping halfway. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
