BEER BROWNIES

Brownies for two featuring your favorite beer!

Start with an entire stick of butter (praise Jesus!), 1 C. + 2 T. sugar, 1/2 C. + 1 T. cocoa powder, & 2 oz. chopped unsweetened chocolate.

Microwave for 30 seconds. Then, stir in the egg white, 1 t. vanilla, & 1/4 t. salt. After they are well-incorporated, add the 1/2 c. flour.

Scrape the beautiful batter into your loaf pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes at 325°.

Add 1 cup of to a small sauce pan. Boil it down to 1/3 C. of liquid. Use 4 T. of the beer concentrate in brownies. The final tablespoon is used in the frosting.
