A beautiful crepe cake stacked with vanilla cream filling, fresh berries and powdered sugar on top.
Add the ingredients for the batter in a blender. Puree the mixture and let it rest.
Cook the crepes in melted butter on both sides. Once done, place crepes on a plate with a paper towel in between. Once cool, stack with parchment paper or wax paper in between.
Freeze a glass or metal bowl along with the beaters before using. Then, make the filling.
Finally, assemble the cake by stacking the crepes with the filling in between. Garnish and serve!
