CREPES FOR TWO
Easy & simple small batch recipe!
– 1 C. of milk – 1 egg – 1 T. sugar – 1/2 C. flour – 1/8 t. salt – 2 T. butter, melted & divided
In a blender, add milk, egg, sugar, flour, salt, & 2 t. of melted butter. Puree the mixture for about 30 seconds on high.
Place your crepe pan over medium heat, and brush with some of the melted butter.
Ladle 1/2 cup of the batter into the crepe pan, and then tilt the pan until the surface is covered with the batter.
Serve the crepes with your favorite fillings (sweet or savory!)
