Fluffy, sweet eggless pancakes. Recipe makes 8 pancakes total.

Whisk together all of the dry ingredients first.

Melt the butter in a glass measuring cup. Add the milk, oil, water, and vanilla extract, then whisk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and whisk.

Cook the pancakes in butter on both sides and let them cool. Serve and enjoy!
