Sprinkle yeast and sugar in a bowl with warm water. Stir and let sit. In a bowl of a mini stand mixer, add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix. Pour yeast water into the flour mixture. Knead.
Pour olive oil on a quarter sheet pan. Add the dough and spread. Brush olive oil on top and let rise. Sprinkle rosemary and salt on top. Bake and let cool.
