These hazelnut cookies made with hazelnut meal and drizzled with chocolate are all kinds of wonderful.
Whisk together the hazelnut meal, flour, salt, baking soda and powder. Optionally add chopped hazelnuts. Then, dice the cold butter and add it to the mixture.

Work the butter into the flour mixture, then add the heavy cream and egg yolk. Stir.

Form the dough into balls. Bake and let cool.

Make the chocolate drizzle, and spoon it over the cookies.
