Light and fluffy, creamy and delicious easy Thanksgiving side dish!

Place the peeled potatoes in the instant pot. Pour cold water and add garlic clove and salt. Cook.


Carefully drain the excess water from the pot. Pour the milk, butter and cream cheese mixture on top of the potatoes. Mash the potatoes using a hand-held mixer. 


Taste and add more salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Serve with chopped fresh parsley and extra pats of butter on top.
