Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.

Beat in the whole egg and vanilla. Then, sprinkle the flour mixture over the wet ingredients and beat.

Chop some Kit Kats and stir them into the dough. Refrigerate, then score the dough into quarters.

Scoop out the dough and roll into balls. Chop extra Kit Kats and press a small piece into the center of each cookie.
