Melting Sweet Potatoes with Maple Pecan Sauce
First, peel 2 pounds of fresh sweet potatoes, and then slice into 1" rounds.
Drizzle over melted butter and salt.
Toss the sweet potatoes very well on the baking sheet.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
Flip the potatoes and bake for another 20 minutes on the other side.
Warm the pecans with the maple syrup.
Serve the sweet potatoes drizzled with the sauce.
