Beat the egg white and cream of tartar. Stream in the granulated sugar and continue to beat.

Make round discs on a lined baking sheet. Bake and let cool.

Beat the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Add a dollop of the whipped cream to the meringue shells. Top with berries and serve.
