Small batch brownies for two.

 In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 4 T. butter, 1/2 c. + 1 T. sugar & 1/4 cup + 2 T. cocoa powder. Microwave for 30 seconds on HIGH. Stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds on HIGH.

 Stir the mixture well, & then add 1/4 t salt & 1/2 t. vanilla. Stir for 1 minute to cool the mixture. Add in the egg, & stir until well mixed. Finally, add the 1/4 c. flour & stir

Spread the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle the 1.4 c. of M&Ms on top.

Bake for 23 minutes at 325° F.

Slice in half and serve!
