Enchiladas

These green chicken enchiladas make for a great family meal.

Cook the chicken breasts and let cool. Shred the chicken, then stir in the green chiles and some shredded cheese.

Fill the tortillas with the chicken mixture, roll them up, then place them in a pan.

Stir together the salsa verde and sour cream, then pour on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese.

Bake and serve with pico de gallo on top.
